Part of a renovation of the "A" Listed Former Sheriff Court Building. Facilities included 6 rehearsal rooms, studio theatre wardrobes and workshops, offices and technical facilities. The M&E services allow flexible use of a number of spaces. Key features include centralised heating and hot water system. |

The project comprised of the conversion of a 50yr old cigarette factory into over 100 Artist Studios of various sizes. Work for this project included a detailed pre-design process in conjunction with the architect to ensure that the services were integrated into the existing structure. A degree of flexibility for the various functions of the space was required. This was combined with a robust, almost, industrial, specification, given the varied uses of the space e.g., welding, spray painting and sculpting. |
