This project saw Henderson Warnock undertake the design of M&E facilities for this prestigious city centre Hotel. This included design of services for the 80 bedrooms, the lounge bar and the restaurant - each area echoing the Hotel’s distinct, modern style.
The services design incorporated the glass fronted features of the Hotel - maximising the natural light provided by this.

This new build hotel hosts 50 bedrooms and conference facilities for up to 600 delegates. Working with the design team, Henderson Warnock completed the services design to a fast-track, tight programme.
The brief required all internal areas to be flexible in their operation and also the incorporation of feature lighting. This was achieved by utilising the natural light made available by the feature glass wall.
