This project saw the renovation of one of Glasgow’s Landmark buildings - the Old Scottish Co-op Headquarters - transformed into 100 exclusive residential apartments. Henderson Warnock was responsible for the design of all Mechanical and Electrical Services on this project, including a ‘wet’ electrical central heating system. This was designed for these apartments as it was not possible to integrate a gas network within the building.
This project was one of the first of Glasgow’s City Centre Residential Projects.

Henderson Warnock were responsible for the complete services design for the redevelopment of this mansion house. The Grade A listed mansion was redeveloped into non-identical, high-specification apartments. Services included heating, lighting, water and full power. |
