In Their Prime
Henderson Warnock are currently carrying out a number of projects for Primark. Stores in Glasgow, Inverness and Dundee are now trading and will be followed shortly by stores in Aberdeen and Dunfermline.
All the stores were former Littlewoods department stores, which have been totally refurbished to a very high specification including air conditioning, lighting, lifts, escalators etc. |

World Cup Semi Final Success!
No, sadly the Henderson Warnock 5-a-side team didn’t make it as far as Germany! However, we did invite a few friends along to the Hallion to watch France and Portugal battle for a place in the Final! Although, how many people watched the football, and how many people basked in the evening sun, we’re not sure!
To all those who joined us - thanks for coming along. We hope you enjoyed the evening (and those fish and chip cones!) To those who didn’t manage, we look forward to seeing you at our next event…watch out for more details! |

Survey Says…
Henderson Warnock has been busy carrying out a variety of surveys for clients over the past few months, including 12 Hotels across Scotland - sending our engineers to glamorous locations reaching from Dornoch to Rothesay. We also carried out fast-track surveys for BAE systems on a selection of Buildings adjacent to Prestwick Airport. |

Building Services Shortlist Confirmation
Once More Henderson Warnock have been considered for Consultancy of the Year by the Building Services 2006 Awards. This is the third year running where we have reached the final stages for this prestigious award - This year’s nomination was based on our contribution to the re-development of The Old Sheriff Court, Glasgow. |

Matrix receives Commendation
Yet another of Henderson Warnock’s projects has received an accolade. The Matrix in Cowcaddens recently received a commendation from the Civic Trust. The project, which was the result of a council competition, was noted for its success in bringing city centre living to a difficult and busy traffic area of Glasgow. Henderson Warnock provided the services design for this project in 2005. Read more... |

Work on Baird Hall…again
Henderson Warnock is back working on Glasgow’s landmark building Baird Hall. The listed building has been used for a variety of uses over the last few years, including Student residences and a Hotel. Its latest refurbishment will see the iconic Art-Deco building transformed into high-specification residential apartments. Alongside architects 3D and developers CALA Homes, Henderson Warnock is delighted to be part of the design team for this project. |
