Situated on the waterfront area of Belfast, this project is a mixed use development of retail, restaurant and showroom uses. This particular office project was limited in height, and extensive team work resulted in an extra floor being positioned in the building than previously thought possible. Computer modelling was extensive on this development.

Henderson Warnock fulfils the role as Mechanical and Electrical Design Consultants for the high-specification office accommodation at Buchanan Gate, Stepps, advising the Architect on the design of services. The current phase extends to three buildings, one of 10,000ft² and two 20,000ft², each with flexible open plan floor plates to allow for the provision of various sized offices.
