We were appointed by this client to carry out commissioning management duties for this £350m shopping mall, which is set to become the fourth largest in the country. The centre, which will be spread over 75 acres and is due for completion in autumn 2007 is aimed at encapsulating different retail requirements under one roof. Duties for this project include reviewing all aspects of M&E services design in relation to commissioning and future maintenance.
